1. Unlock Better Posture
Stuck at a desk? Stand with your back flat against a wall, arms in a “goal post” position, and slowly raise/lower them like a snow angel. It resets posture and opens up your chest in 30 seconds flat.
2. Reset Your Core While Brushing Your Teeth
Engage your deep core by gently pulling your belly button toward your spine while brushing. No movement needed—just awareness. Double duty, done.
3. Neck Pain? Don’t Chase the Pain—Fix the Shoulders
Your stiff neck might be a shoulder issue. Spend 2 minutes doing shoulder rolls and wall squeezes. Loosen the foundation, not just the symptom.
4. Walk Backward (Safely!) for Knee Relief
Walking backward on a flat surface can retrain quad control and reduce pressure on the front of the knee. Just make sure the coast is clear first.
