EXPERT CARE, UNMATCHED RESULTS

YEARS OF TREATING PATIENTS WITH INJURIES

This allows us to see common weak spots in the shoulders, knees, back, hips, etc. that are present in injured patients.  We design our programs to improve functional strength and mobility while making sure we prepare your joints and stabilizers for the additional loads they'll need to sustain as your larger muscles increase in strength.

FULL EVALUATIONS FOR EVERY PATIENT

This approach allows us to thoroughly assess your body and pinpoint any areas of weakness that you might not even be aware of, such as the rotator cuff. By identifying these potential trouble spots early, we can develop a targeted plan to strengthen and protect them, helping to prevent injury and improve overall performance.

PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM

We create a program to help you hit your goals, as well as address any problem areas we see in the evaluation. The specifics will be different for every person based on their goals, but general format is:

  • 45-50 minutes of exercise focused on strength and conditioning

  • 5-10 minutes of mobility and stretching
