A one-time roadmap to help you take off

  • An in-depth review of your current health (nutrition, fitness and lifestyle) through a comprehensive health intake form

  • A 60 minute call with me to discuss your goals, symptoms, desired outcomes and answer any questions you may have

  • A detailed follow up plan that includes:

    • A personalized plan with actionable steps to take moving forward; how you should be eating, supplement recommendations and feedback, lifestyle changes and a 3 month roadmap to better health

    • My comprehensive beginner’s nutrition guide including nutritional protocols geared towards specific outcomes

    • 2 additional weeks of support via email for follow up questions and support

  • One 60-minute kickoff call with me to discuss your goals, desired outcomes and answer any questions you may have

  • Introduction to nutrition guide

  • Weekly check-ins via email

  • Food journaling & tracking guidance, if needed

  • Custom macro split and guidance, based on goals, as desired

  • Custom nutrition planning for athletic events, as desired

  • Bi- monthly, 30 minute check in calls

  • Custom meal suggestions based on your desired outcomes, with adjustments based on feedback and progress

  • Monthly recipe pack with shopping list

  • Lifestyle evaluation including stress management, sleep habits and toxic burden

  • Communication with other healthcare professionals

Silver Level

  • Help diving in to chronic symptoms or diseases

  • Support for specific conditions (autoimmune, metabolic, etc)

  • Deep dive into your whole body health to identify lifestyle changes to support your overall health goals, along with nutritional consultation​

For 3 month package, or $350/ month

Includes:

  • An in-depth review of your current health (nutrition, fitness and lifestyle) through a comprehensive health intake form

  • A 60-minute call with me to discuss your goals, symptoms, desired outcomes and answer any questions you may have, plus 4 additional (45 minute) coaching calls, and weekly email check-ins

  • Custom meal suggestions based on your desired outcomes, with adjustments based on feedback and progress

  • Monthly recipe pack with shopping list

  • Supplement recommendations, as needed

  • Blood work analysis 

  • Food journaling & tracking guidance, as desired

  • Custom macro split and guidance, based on goals, as desired

  • Communication with other care providers on your team, as needed

Gold Level

For ongoing support after completing Silver 3 month onboarding
